a Poem by Raquel Swann

There are cracks in the foundation

been there for years

professionals told me to patch them up

but I didn’t wish to spend the money

or the time, or the effort

as parts of me crumble

my jog slows to a walk,

a walk becomes a limp,

the limp becomes a crawl

I pull a phone from my pocket

and stare at it blankly,

hurl it towardS the curb,

and wait as I deteriorate

here alone in the middle of the street.

Its like you learn my thoughts! You appear to understand so much approximately this, such as you wrote the e-book in it or something. I believe that you simply can do with some p.c. to pressure the message house a little bit, but instead of that, this is magnificent blog. A great read. I will definitely be back.
